Membership Awards
New Member of the Year Award
Provided to an individual who became a NAWIC member between January 1st, 2025, and December 31st, 2025. Candidate selection will be based on the nominee’s essay reflecting her involvement during the immediate past NAWIC year. Consideration will include participation not only within her home chapter, but also in any other chapters visited. Member meeting attendance will also be reviewed.

Rookie of the Year Award
Given to a member based on her accomplishments not only in her chapter, but also with regard to her regional and national activities. Nominee must have maintained active membership for less than three (3) years (36 months) from the date of membership enrollment with the association.

Member of the Year Award
Given to a member based on her accomplishments not only in her chapter, but also with regard to her regional and national activities. Nominee must have maintained active membership for more than three (3) years (36 months) from the date of membership enrollment with the association.

Jo-Ann Golden Humanitarian Award
Given to a member who has been a significant advocate, volunteer, and contributor to their local community in education, social well-being, women’s issues, LGBTQ rights, human rights, environment, homelessness, fight for hunger, domestic violence, or any other important human causes. In honor of Jo-Ann Golden, the NAWIC Gr. Palm Beach Chapter (Jo-Ann's chapter) will provide a cash donation of $1,000 to the winner’s charity organization of their choice.

Marketing Awards
Marketing Star Award
The Marketing Star award will be given to the chapter marketing committee/chair who stands out in promoting NAWIC.

Marketing Excellence Award
Given to a chapter who stands out in their marketing initiatives to promote NAWIC. This is a score-based award.​
Marketing Rising Star Award
Given to a chapter who has shown significant improvement and growth in their marketing efforts. This is a score-based award.
Professional Development & Education (PD&E) Awards
Chapter PD&E Award
This award will come with a $100 monetary prize, To qualify, chapters are required to submit a 250-word essay detailing their PD&E activities for the year and explaining the impact of various educational opportunities on the chapter.

PD&E Champion Award
This is a nomination-based award that recognizes members who have significantly contributed to promoting PD&E opportunities within the chapter, region, and/or community. Nominations should include a brief description of the nominee's efforts and achievements in this area.

WIC Week Awards
A total of Eight (8) National & Southeast Region WIC Week Awards will be presented:

Four (4) awards for small-to-medium chapters (30 members and under)

Four (4) awards for large chapters (over 30 members)

Educating the public and industry peers about opportunities for women

Inspiring the next generation of builders, engineers, and tradespeople (hands-on activities encouraged)
