Welcome to the Tradeswomen's Corner
The Tradeswomen Committee was built with one goal: to create space, visibility, and opportunity for women in the field across the Southeast Region. In just a few short months, this initiative has already begun making an impact through our Site Sister Kit initiative, to creating recognition through our newly launched Tradeswomen Awards.

Built For Women, By Women
A Site Sister Kit is a small supply kit placed inside portable restrooms on construction sites to support women in the field. Most jobsites were not designed for women. When essentials aren't available, and leaving the jobsite isn't a possibility, this kit makes sure women aren't left figuring it out alone.
